Refund policy

Returns
Studio Decorai acknowledges that product returns are limited to direct sales between vendor and consumer. This returns policy only entails online sales through www.studiodecrai.com, not retail outlets.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product you received is either physically damaged on arrival or isn’t the one you ordered, we will exchange it for you. To streamline the process, please capture a brief video of the unboxing, especially if the packaging appears damaged. You must notify Studio Decorai within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. The product must be returned to us within 15 days of ordering or five days of receiving it, whichever is earlier. Otherwise, Studio Decorai will not be liable for accepting the merchandise. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A video or photographs of a damaged product will be needed for a product to be eligible for return. 

Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp or email, and they'll assist you. 

Due to their handcrafted nature, we do not accept returns on our watch boxes and jewellery boxes. In case the watch boxes or jewellery boxes arrive damaged, they can be exchanged.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Studio Decorai's error will only have partial refunds granted.

Refunds
For all applicable orders, online store credit with Studio Decorai is provided. 
Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for refund or store credit. All refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@studiodecorai.com and send your item to Studio Decorai, B704 NRI Towers, Judges Bungalow Road, 380015 Ahmedabad GJ, India. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Studio Decorai, B704 NRI Towers, Judges Bungalow Road, 380015 Ahmedabad GJ, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
