At Studio Decorai, we understand the importance of reliable and efficient shipping to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Here are a few things you need to know about our shipping process:

Delivery Partners:
We've partnered with trusted shipping companies like Delhivery, Maruti Couriers, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and more to handle your deliveries carefully. 

Due to the complete handcrafted nature of our products, such as watch boxes, jewellery boxes, and trays, some may take longer to dispatch. While most products are dispatched within 5-7 business days, in some cases, including personalised orders, the order may take up to 7-12 business days. Delivery takes 4-5 days after dispatch. 

Once we hand the package over to our logistics partners, its movement is beyond our control. If the package, for some reason, returns to us, the customer needs to bear the shipping charges again to get it delivered.

Domestic:
We deliver products across the nation and offer free delivery on every order over INR 2200, reaching all corners of India. 

International:
Our International shipping is done through DHL and India Post. We offer free shipping on orders over US $350! Stay tuned for updates on our global expansion.

Urgent Deliveries:
Are you at the last minute and need your order in a hurry? No worries! Just send us a message on WhatsApp or an email, and wherever possible, we'll do our utmost to accommodate your urgent requests. 

For our customers in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, we even offer one-day deliveries at actual charges and in-store pickups for those last-minute needs. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please message us on WhatsApp to find out which products are available for urgent deliveries.
